WPC: Juxtaposition

Ooopsy, I didn’t make it in time before the new topic was published. 🙂  So is life, eh?

Last week’s photo challenge topic was: Juxtaposition (click to see instructions).  To quote from the linked post, “A juxtaposition is the act of placing things side by side, especially for the purpose of comparison or contrast”.

This photo is perfect, for many reasons.

Flamingos. In Massachusetts. Seriously?

Flamingos. In Massachusetts. Seriously?

I like the bright pink against the snow.  I like the fact that someone has flamingos in MA.  I love this even more because we moved from palm trees and constant sunshine in FL last summer to snow covered flamingos and frigid temps in MA.  Is this a sign?

About KB, Twin Mom

T&K--this year we celebrate 8 years of marriage. It took three years of ttc (trying to conceive), but we are now the proud parents to A&L, our g/b twins. A&L turn 4 this fall! Journey to Parenthood (now known as Twin Mom Life) was started to share our story and track our (in)fertility journey as we moved towards parenthood. Now the blog is about life as a twin mom, dealing with endometriosis, my healthy living journey, and life in general.

True, but it would also have been a great post for this week’s challenge “object” !
